Lorraine Neff Joins Oregon Executive MBA.

Oregon Executive MBA is pleased to announce that we have added Lorraine Neff to our team. Lorraine will be providing professional and career development Consulting on a one-to-one basis for Oregon Executive MBA students. The sessions will be customized to the individual's needs and may consist of one or more of the following: assistance writing résumés including editing and feedback; interviewing preparation and practice; career planning for advancement or change; building of personal marketing plan; and advice on networking activities.

These services will be available on a referral basis; if you would like to utilize her services, please contact Duncan Kretovich or myself with a statement of what you are hoping to achieve in your time with Lorraine. The content of all sessions will remain confidential between the student and Lorraine.

Lorraine has over 20 years of experience in employee development and career consulting in the corporate environment. She has been a Certified Career Coach for Lee Hecht Harrison, an international career management and leadership development organization, for the past 12 years. Lorraine is also an independent career consultant. She has worked with all levels of employees, from entry level to senior management providing insight and guidance related to career management issues. Some significant accomplishments include setting up and managing two career centers for Hewlett Packard Corporation, an international high tech company, during their first organizational restructuring. As a Career Development Officer for KeyCorp, a national financial services company, Lorraine co-created and rolled out a corporate-wide customer service training program.
